The platform went through a major overhaul with Dubsado 3.0 (released November 2025), introducing a node-based visual workflow builder called Flows (previously Workflows), a Kanban board, keyboard shortcuts, a detached inbox, and a global time tracker on the Premier plan. These updates address longstanding complaints about a dated interface and unintuitive workflow setup.

The 3.0 update makes it meaningfully better: the Flows builder is now genuinely visual, and the overall UX has improved. The Premier plan at $525/year is one of the best values in client CRM if you use automation heavily.
